This is the Deuce, made by the Gotcha corporation. This was a double barreled gun and one of the first of its kind. The gun never really took off, mostly because of it's extremely high price, and also because it was released as semi-auto's became more readily available.
This had a dual stage trigger. When you pulled it back it would fire one barrel at a time or you could pull it back fast and fire both barrels.
